Key Account and Contracting Manager

Based in her hometown of Buffalo, NY, Caroline King is the driving force behind seamless partnerships and unforgettable itineraries as our Key Account and Contracting Manager. Her passion for tourism stems from a deep appreciation for its ability to foster exploration, curiosity, and cultural exchange. “I love working in an industry that supports experiencing the world,” Caroline shares. “Knowing I play a role in making travel accessible, especially with a company that champions responsible and eco-friendly tourism, is incredibly rewarding.”

In her role, Caroline expertly crafts detailed itineraries, negotiates contracts with hotels and activity providers, and serves as the primary point of contact for our valued partners. Her expertise spans trip planning, problem-solving, clear communication, writing, and meticulous organization. What truly excites her is seeing a meticulously planned trip come to life and the opportunity to collaborate with individuals across the globe.

Caroline’s extensive experience in the travel industry includes several years as a tour guide and director, leading groups through iconic US cities. She also honed her writing skills creating engaging travel content for various websites, with a focus on getaway planning.

What captivates Caroline most about our destinations is their ability to showcase the incredible diversity of the United States. “You can experience bustling cities, vast deserts, majestic mountain ranges, diverse wildlife, and rich cultures all within a single trip,” she marvels. Her personal travel highlights include an unforgettable Día de Muertos celebration at a local mezcal distillery in Oaxaca and exploring the depths of the Amazon Rainforest in Colombia.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Caroline enjoys traveling, reading, writing, movies, theater, sports, hiking, and cooking. A self-proclaimed foodie, she’s particularly proud of mastering the art of paella. And while in Buffalo, she insists you can’t miss the legendary chicken wings. But for a truly local experience, she recommends trying Bison dip, “the best chip dip you’ll ever have!”
