Welcome to Our LGBTQIA+ Yosemite Escape Tour from San Francisco!
Our three-day LGBTQIA+ Yosemite Escape Tour is the perfect way to venture into some of California’s most breathtaking scenery in a supportive community. Setting out from San Francisco in a comfortable, eco-friendly mini-coach powered by bio-fuel, one of our expert local guides leads you on a journey filled with unforgettable experiences.
As a three-day excursion, this inclusive tour is more comprehensive and immersive than a Yosemite Day Tour from San Francisco. Staying in the park for two nights means you can start exploring after breakfast! You even have the flexibility to choose between different accommodation types, be it staying in a comfortable hotel bed or camping under the stars. The two tours we have showcased above reflect Incredible Adventures’ mission to help people travel as their authentic selves. Too often, travelers from marginalized communities are either not catered for or made to feel “less than” when exploring the world. Needless to say, this sours what should be a fun, memorable experience.
Members of the LGBTQIA+ community often encounter a scale of issues and concerns, from his-and-hers slippers at hotels and awkward questions at check-in to uncertainty about when and where to show affection or simply not revealing their true identity in public.
When traveling, women often can’t fully embrace or enjoy their time for numerous reasons. For some, previous experiences make the prospect of solo travel or mixed-group outings something to endure rather than enjoy. Some women also find themselves slipping into the familiar everyday roles of caregiver, provider, family organizer, mom, and wife. The only difference is the location.
Having the option to travel with other women provides a unique opportunity for them to embrace the joys of an adventure while being themselves. It’s no surprise that women-only tours are booming in popularity!
