Overnight tours: Cancellations made with less than 14 days from departure date have a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the tour rate.

Day tours operated by Incredible Adventures: Cancellations made between time of booking and 24 hours prior to departure are 100% refundable. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure, no refund will be issued.

Alcatraz Packages: All sales are final within 5 days of departure date with no refunds, credits, or exchanges. The accompanying Incredible Adventures day tour is available for refund up to 24 hours in advance of departure, but all funds above the amount of the tour are nonrefundable.

Partner operated tours: Are subject to the policy of the operator. Please see booking page for details.

No Shows: Passenger no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of any tour departure time are not valid for refund.

No refund: Will be given to anyone who is denied service because of refusal to wear a seat belt or to follow the rules and regulations of the carrier.

Masks are recommended while traveling in Incredible Adventures vehicles.

While checking in for a tour, customers will be asked if they have any symptoms of Covid-19. If yes, the customer will not be allowed to join the trip.

If the customer arrives to a tour sick or is exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms, they will be denied service and not be eligible for a refund.

Once the tour has commenced, if the customer discloses they are sick or symptoms of Covid-19 arise, they will be removed from the tour taken to a safe place and going forward will be responsible for all incurred expenses including accommodation and transportation. Additionally, in these circumstances no refund will be issued for the tour cost. It is strongly recommended that all passengers purchase adequate travel insurance that will cover any expenses or losses in the event you come down with Covid-19 symptoms before or during your tour or experience. In addition to Covid-19, travel insurance is recommended for any other trip disruption such as flight delays or cancellations. Incredible Adventures is not responsible for providing refunds due to missed tours in these situations.

  • All transactions will be conducted in United States currency, U.S Dollars
  • Tours offered on this website will be charged immediately with credit card payment
  • Tours paid with the credit card provided will be charged at the time of booking and a pre-paid confirmation voucher is sent via email.
  • If we are unable to obtain pre-authorization on credit card details submitted, we will attempt to notify you via email provided we have the correct email address. If we cannot reach you, your reservation will be considered incomplete and cancelled
  • Passengers should refer to their confirmation regarding pickup location, you should get an additional email with your pickup time. If you have not received your pickup time by the day before the trip, or if there are any questions or changes to the pickup, please call 1-800-777-8464
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are in correct pick up location at correct time as stated on your confirmation form (we ask that you be ready 10 minutes before pick-up time)
  • Duration of tour hours based on approximation
  • Tours may include some element of risk. We assume no liability for injuries
  • No smoking in tour vehicles
  • All customers purchasing tours that would like a student discount must present a valid student ID at time of departure
  • Tour guide gratuity is not included

Forest fires are increasingly common in California, and often occur in proximity to the destinations we visit. We do not offer refunds in case of forest fires. If the original destination is not accessible due to a fire or another natural disaster, we may alter the itinerary and visit others destinations instead.

If Incredible Adventures cancels a trip due to bad weather, inadequate load requirements, or any reason (excepting those listed above), a 100% refund will be issued. Incredible Adventures reserves the right to cancel any trip. Incredible Adventures is not responsible for any cancellations or modifications of tours due to weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen conditions that may hinder the ability for the tour to take place as scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any trip due to weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns and circumstances beyond our control. Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. In such cases where minimum numbers are not met, we will refund your money but will not be responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred.

Partner Policies

Aquarium of the Bay

Partner operated activities are subject to the policy of the operator. The Aquarium of the Bay Tickets are 100% refundable if cancelled 24 hours prior to date of booking. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to date of booking no refund will be issued.

Black Canyon Hoover Dam Kayaking

Partner operated activities are subject to the policy of the operator.

  1. Launch permits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  2. Cancellations made 14 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a 6% processing fee.
  3. Cancellations made within 7-13 days will receive a 50% refund.
  4. Cancellations made within 3-6 days will receive a 25% refund.
  5. Absolutely NO refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of a reservation.
  6. Day trips can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Multi-day trips can be rescheduled with at least 14 days notice (Rescheduling fees will apply).
  7. Rescheduling fees of $25 per person for guided trips, and $10 per person for self-guided trips will be assessed for any change in date. Permits will need to be re-purchased per NPS policies.
  8. Routes and trips are proposed and might change. Although we will do everything in our power to make sure trips are as described, we may change routes, locations, or times to ensure the safety of our guests and guides.
  9. We cannot be responsible for wind, weather, waves, rain, heat, flash floods, earthquakes, or unforseen circumstances.
  10. We reserve the right to cancel trips due to weather or unsafe conditions. In this case, we will reschedule, issue a credit, or refund money, depending on individual circumstances.
  11. We do not cancel trips due to rain.
  12. If the trip departs as scheduled, the above cancellation policy will apply.

Bryce & Zion Combo

Partner operated activities are subject to the policy of the operator.  The Bryce & Zion Combo tour is 100% refundable if cancelled 24 hours prior to departure. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure no refund will be issued.

Matanuska Glacier Summer Tour, Matanuska Glacier Winter Tour, Anchorage Northern Lights Tour, Fairbanks Northern Lights Tour

Partner operated activities are subject to the policy of the operator.

  1. Full payment is due at the time of booking. No deposits are required or accepted.
  2. Northern Lights Forecast Fee/Seat Guarantees are non-refundable beginning 24 hours after the time of booking.
  3. For all other tours, cancelation requests received more than 72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a refund on Greatland Adventures operated tours.  Cancelation requests received within 72 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, but a reschedule may be accommodated based on availability at no charge. If Greatland is forced to significantly alter or cancel your tour, we will let you know as soon as possible.
  4. In these circumstances, you can choose one of the following options: Accept Great Land’s offer of a comparable replacement tour, or receive a refund of all monies paid (less the booking fee, transaction fee, processing fee, and any other fee associated with reservation).
  5. When accepting an offer for a replacement tour: If the cost is lower than the price of your original tour, you will receive a refund for the difference in cost. If the cost of the replacement tour is equivalent or higher than your original tour, you owe nothing.
  6. Tours operated by our partners (flightseeing, wildlife cruises etc.) are subject to the operators’ cancellation policy. Please inquire at the time of booking.

San Francisco Seaplane Tours

Partner operated activities are subject to the policy of the operator. The San Francisco Seaplane Tours are 100% refundable if cancelled 72 hours prior to departure. If cancelled less than 72 hours prior to departure no refund will be issued.
