We are currently looking for high-energy, safety-driven, and nature-loving individuals to join our team as professional Tour Guides. Whether you are a seasoned road warrior or someone looking to break into the travel industry, here is why you should hit the road with us.

2. Lead the Charge in Sustainable Travel We aren’t just a tour company; we are a certified SF Green Business. We walk the walk by running our vehicles on petroleum-free biofuels (made from recycled cooking oil!). As a guide, you’ll be an advocate for the planet, teaching guests about sustainable travel and camping etiquette.
3. Grow Your Skillset (We Train You!) Don’t have a commercial license? No problem. We provide a comprehensive 3-week training course to help you earn your California Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a Passenger Endorsement. You’ll also gain expertise in storytelling, group logistics, and outdoor leadership.
4. A Community of Adventurers Our team is a laid-back, fun-loving group that thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll meet people from all over the globe, sharing the “hidden gems” of the West Coast while making lifelong friends with your fellow guides.
Life on the Road: What to Expect
No two days are exactly alike at Incredible Adventures. Depending on the trip, your role might look like:
- Single-Day Trips: Picking up guests at SF hotels, navigating the scenic California roads, and providing an engaging, informational narrative that brings the landscape to life.
- Multi-Day Adventures: Managing logistics for overnight trips, leading hikes, organizing evening activities, and even teaching cooking skills at a campsite under the stars.

Who We Are Looking For
You don’t need a background in tourism to apply, but you do need:
- The Commitment: Availability to work weekends and holidays (when the world wants to travel!) and a willingness to participate in a drug and alcohol safety program.
- The Basics: You must be at least 23 years old and a safe, courteous driver.
- The Attitude: High energy, excellent communication skills, and a “customer-first” disposition.
