The minimum number of clients needed to run a tour is 4. In the rare instance your tour does not achieve the minimum number of participants required, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your tour. We strongly advise that you not incur any non-refundable expenses (such as flights, hotel rooms) until you have received confirmation that your tour is running.

If you choose to cancel a confirmed tour, you will receive a refund of 80% of your tour rate if you cancel your tour with 2 days or more before the departure date. No refunds are issued for cancellations made 48 hours or less before the departure date.
If the supplier is forced to significantly alter or cancel your tour, we will let you know as soon as possible (usually with at least 2 day’s notice). In these circumstances, you can choose one of the following options:

  • ¬†Change to a different date the tour is running as-scheduled
  • Accept an offer of a replacement tour of lower cost (if available) and receive a refund of the difference in cost
  • Accept an offer of a replacement tour of equivalent or higher cost (if available & offered)
  • Receive a refund of all the money you have paid.
