You will receive a full refund of all money paid if you cancel your tour with 15 days or more* before the departure date. No refunds are issued for cancellations made 14 days or less before the departure date.
If the supplier is forced to significantly alter or cancel your tour, we will let you know as soon as possible. In these circumstances, you can choose one of the following options:

  •  Change to a different date the tour is running as-scheduled
  • Accept an offer of a replacement tour of lower cost (if available) and receive a refund of the difference in cost
  • Accept an offer of a replacement tour of equivalent or higher cost (if available & offered)
  • Receive a refund of all the money you have paid.

The minimum number of clients needed to run a tour is 4 (there is no minimum for Summer National Parks 3 Day Tour: it’s guaranteed departure). In the rare instance your tour does not achieve the minimum number of participants required, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the tour with a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice. If you have booked within 1 week (7 days or less) from the trip departure, the supplier will contact you within 48 hours of your booking to confirm your tour. The supplier strongly advises you not to incur any non-refundable expenses (such as flights) until you have received confirmation that your tour is running.

*Yellowstone Rocky Mountains tour requires 8 weeks notice to cancel or reschedule. No refund will be given within 2 months of tour departure.
